Peter is the founder and CEO of Affectus and has more than three decades of experience developing software and data solutions for the energy and industrial sectors.

With a background in computer engineering, he combines technology, business development and an understanding of how energy and measurement data is used in real-world operations. He works closely with customers and partners to turn data needs into practical, long-term solutions.

Johan has close to three decades of experience in electrical measurement, energy metering and software systems. As CTO, he combines technology leadership with hands-on engineering, system integration and customer solution design.

His work focuses on energy and utility data, smart metering, interoperability and integrating meters, devices and systems. Johan also has extensive international experience and works closely with customers and partners from technical requirements through implementation.

Rebecka previously worked as International Business Development Manager at Metrum Sweden AB and brings experience in business development, customer dialogue and long-term relationships in the energy sector.

She has been working with Affectus since 2025, primarily in Sweden, with responsibility for business development and long-term client relations. Rebecka works closely with customers to identify needs and connect them with the right Affectus solutions.

Anandam is an experienced marketer and sales professional focused on creating platforms for business growth through strong, long-term relationships.

As CMO for South and Southeast Asia, he is responsible for business expansion and branding for Affectus, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. His work covers markets including India, Thailand, Bangladesh and Malaysia, where relevant solutions can create meaningful value.
